Overview
Overview
Handcrafted in Japan using time-honored ceramic techniques, Our Matcha Bowls are designed to honor the beauty of ritual through balance, form, and texture. Each chawan reflects the calm precision of Japanese craftsmanship — shaped for smooth whisking, natural grip, and aesthetic harmony.
Every bowl carries subtle differences in color, glaze, and texture, making each one unique. These variations are a hallmark of true handcraft — where no two pieces, like no two rituals, are ever the same.
Rooted in tradition yet made for the modern moment, these Matcha Bowl bridges authenticity and simplicity, elevating the everyday ritual of matcha into something timeless.
How to use
How to use
Add your matcha powder to the bowl, then pour in hot water (around 75–80°C).
Use a bamboo chasen (whisk) to mix briskly in an “M” or “W” motion until a gentle froth forms on the surface.
The bowl’s curved interior allows the whisk to move freely, creating a perfectly smooth, balanced cup. Sip directly from the chawan — as is tradition — and enjoy the quiet harmony of form and flavor.
💡 Tip: For a modern twist, whisk your matcha first, then pour it over cold milk or ice for a café-style matcha latte
