Small-Batch Roasting
We roast in limited batches, allowing us to focus on development, balance, and flavor clarity.
Each origin is roasted individually to highlight its natural sweetness, structure, and body — guided not by automation but by experience, timing, and sensory cues.
The goal is not to chase extremes, but to reveal what’s already inside the bean — the quiet complexity that defines great coffee.
By working in small quantities, we can make precise adjustments to every batch, ensuring that what leaves the roaster is consistent, expressive, and clean.
Cooling and Resting
Once roasted, each batch is cooled and rested naturally to allow the coffee to degas and stabilize before packaging.
This stage is essential for the flavors to settle into harmony — where texture smooths, aromas bloom, and sweetness rounds out.
Rushing this process compromises balance; patience refines it.
We let the coffee dictate when it’s ready, not the clock.
Packaging & Freshness
After resting, the beans are sealed in airtight, one-way valve bags that protect against oxygen while allowing natural gases to escape.
Each bag is filled and sealed immediately after quality checks, preserving freshness, aroma, and integrity.
We label every batch with its roast date, offering full transparency and helping you brew at the ideal window — typically 7–14 days after roast, when flavor and structure reach their peak.
Our packaging is fully recyclable, chosen to maintain both product quality and environmental responsibility.
