How to Brew It Right
How to Brew It Right
Grind just before brewing for the freshest flavor and fullest aroma.
Espresso
- Use a 1:2 ratio — 18g of coffee yielding approximately 36g of espresso
- Target extraction time: 25–30 seconds
- Adjust grind size to control flow and taste
Pour-Over / Filter
- Use a 1:15–1:17 ratio (e.g. 20g coffee to 300–340ml water)
- Water temperature: 92–96°C
- Brew time: 2:30–3:00 minutes
💡 Aim for a steady, even pour to bring out clarity, sweetness, and aroma.
💡 Allow freshly roasted beans to rest 7–10 days after roast date for the most balanced flavor and crema.
Keep It Fresh
Keep It Fresh
- Keep beans sealed in their original bag or transfer to an airtight container (such as an Airscape® canister)
- Store in a cool, dark place, away from light, heat, and moisture
- Avoid refrigeration or freezing
- Consume within 3–6 months of roast date for peak flavor
- Grind only what you need immediately before brewing
💡 Coffee degrades with oxygen exposure. Containers like Airscape® actively remove excess air, helping preserve aroma, freshness, and flavor for longer.
