How to use
How to use
Using your Sage espresso machine is simple:
- Fill the water tank with fresh, filtered water and load the hopper with whole beans.
- Choose Auto mode and select your drink on the 5.7" touchscreen — or switch to Manual for full control.
- Insert the portafilter — the machine grinds, doses and tamps automatically with the Auto Puck System.
- Extract — the Auto Dial-In System monitors each shot and adjusts the grind for the next one.
- Auto MilQ textures your milk hands-free while the second boiler extracts, with settings for dairy, oat, almond and soy.
Adjust brew temperature, dose, and texture settings to refine flavour and achieve your ideal cup.
