The Oracle Dual Boiler is the top of the Sage range and the only machine here that extracts and steams at the same time. Two stainless steel boilers mean the espresso and the milk are ready together, the way they are on a café machine. Run it in Auto and it grinds, doses, tamps, dials itself in and textures the milk. Switch to Manual and every step is yours.
Two modes, one machine
A quad-core processor drives the 5.7" touchscreen. Auto mode handles every stage when you just want the coffee. Manual mode puts each step in your hands when you want to work the shot yourself.
Triple heating system
Dual stainless steel boilers let you pull a shot and steam milk simultaneously, with PID temperature control adjustable in 1° steps. No waiting for the boiler to switch over between espresso and milk.
Auto Dial-In
The machine senses each extraction for over- or under-extraction and adjusts the grind setting itself. Consistency improves shot by shot with no dial to touch.
Auto Puck System
Electronic Grind Adjust grinds, doses and tamps each puck automatically. The grinder uses fully integrated Baratza European Precision burrs with 45 settings, delivering a 22 g dose into a professional 58mm stainless steel portafilter.
Auto MilQ
A cool-touch steam wand with a ring pull textures microfoam hands-free, with settings tuned for dairy, soy, almond and oat, adjustable from 45°C to 75°C across nine texture levels.
Sage+ app
Connect the machine to Wi-Fi and use the Sage+ Coffee App to power it on and pre-heat remotely, so it is ready when you reach the kitchen.
Water tank
Water tank capacity: 2.3 L. The tank is removable, so you can refill it at the tap.

How to use
Using your Sage espresso machine is simple:
- Fill the water tank with fresh, filtered water and load the hopper with whole beans.
- Choose Auto mode and select your drink on the 5.7" touchscreen — or switch to Manual for full control.
- Insert the portafilter — the machine grinds, doses and tamps automatically with the Auto Puck System.
- Extract — the Auto Dial-In System monitors each shot and adjusts the grind for the next one.
- Auto MilQ textures your milk hands-free using the dedicated steam boiler while the espresso boiler extracts, with settings for dairy, oat, almond and soy.
