The Bambino Plus is the machine for a kitchen where counter space is limited. It pulls a proper 18 g shot through a 54mm stainless steel portafilter, the same basket size as the bigger Barista machines, and then textures the milk on its own while you get a cup. Pair it with a grinder and you have a full setup on about a quarter of the counter.
Ready in three seconds
The ThermoJet heating system brings the machine to brewing temperature in three seconds, and PID control holds the water at 93°C from the first shot to the last. Switch it on when you walk into the kitchen and it is ready before the beans are in the basket.
Milk that textures itself
The automatic steam wand runs at 130°C and stops on its own. Pick one of three milk temperatures and three levels of texture, press, and it delivers microfoam ready for pouring. If you would rather do it by hand, switch to manual and use it like a standard wand.
Pre-infusion, then 9 bar
Extraction opens with low-pressure pre-infusion to wet the puck evenly, then moves to 9 bar through a 15 bar Italian pump. That is the sequence that produces a thick, caramel-colored crema instead of a thin, fast pour.
One-touch control
Single shot, double shot and steam are each a button. Volumetric control means the shot size is repeatable without watching a timer, so the second cup tastes like the first.
Water tank
Water tank capacity: 1.9 L. The tank is removable, so you can refill it at the tap.

Same machine, built for 220–240V with a UK-style plug that fits UAE sockets. How to use
How to use
Using your Sage espresso machine is simple:
- Fill the water tank with fresh, filtered water.
- Add freshly ground coffee to the portafilter and tamp evenly.
- Lock the portafilter into the group head and select your preferred shot size.
- Extract the espresso.
- For milk drinks, place the jug under the wand and let the automatic steam wand texture it for you — or switch to manual and do it yourself.
Adjust grind size, dose, and extraction time to refine flavour and achieve your ideal cup.
