How to use
How to use
- Weigh your single dose of beans (e.g. 18g for a double espresso) and pour into the hopper.
- Set your grind size using the stepless 0–12 dial — the built-in grind size guide inside the lid maps settings to espresso, filter and cold brew.
- Grind into the portafilter dosing cup or directly into your portafilter.
- Press the bellow to purge any remaining particles — zero retention means your next dose starts completely fresh.
- Switch beans or brew methods freely, re-dialing with the grind guide as your reference.
Swap between the hopper extension, bellow, and anti-popcorning lid in seconds to suit your workflow.
