The Lelit William is an on-demand espresso grinder that brings together excellent performance and a design with a strong personality. Built in Italy as the dedicated companion to Lelit espresso machines, it combines quality, speed, and ease of use with the precision home baristas need to dial in every shot.
64mm Flat Burrs
Large Ø 64 mm flat burrs deliver fast, consistent grinding at espresso fineness, filling a double basket in seconds while keeping heat away from your beans.
Grinding Micro-Regulation
The numbered adjustment knob offers micrometric regulation of the grind degree, letting you fine-tune in small, repeatable steps and return to a known setting with confidence. The knob also doubles as a tamper stand for up to 58mm tampers.
LCC Control System
The Lelit Control Center (LCC) with OLED graphic display manages all grinding parameters. Program separate grinding times for single and double doses, and track ground doses with the partial and total counters. A dedicated add/stop button lets you top up the dose or stop grinding mid-cycle.
Built for Workflow
The coffee chute and filterholder support are both height-adjustable, so the ground coffee lands precisely in your basket, hands-free. The large coffee rest tray removes easily for cleaning and anchors firmly with a magnetic self-locking mechanism.

Available in brushed stainless steel to match the MaraX3 and Mara line, or polished stainless steel, the natural companion to the Lelit Bianca.

How to use
How to use
Using your Lelit grinder is simple:
- Fill the hopper with fresh whole beans.
- Set your grind using the numbered micro-regulation knob — turn finer or coarser in small, repeatable steps.
- Hook your portafilter onto the height-adjustable support pin and press to start the programmed dose.
- Use the add/stop button to top up the dose or stop grinding mid-cycle.
- Program single and double dose times through the LCC display to match your basket and recipe.
Adjust grind size in small increments and re-time your dose whenever you change beans.

Warranty
Lelit grinders include a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased in the UAE.
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable upon resale.
During the warranty period, Lelit may repair or replace the product at its discretion.
The warranty applies to private household use only and does not cover commercial, office, café, or business use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused during transport or improper packaging
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
Care
To keep your grinder performing at its best:
- Empty and wipe the coffee rest tray regularly — it removes easily thanks to the magnetic mount.
- Brush out the coffee chute and burr chamber weekly to prevent stale grounds and oil buildup.
- Clean the hopper with a dry cloth; never wash electrical components with water.
- Use fresh, dry whole beans only — never pre-ground coffee or flavored, oily beans.
- Follow the maintenance instructions provided in the product manual.
