How to use
How to use
Using Sage espresso accessories helps improve preparation and consistency during the coffee-making process.
- Portafilter: Insert the portafilter into the group head after dosing and tamping your coffee grounds. Lock firmly before extraction.
- Tamper: Compress coffee grounds evenly in the filter basket to create a level, consistent coffee bed before brewing.
- Distributor / Leveler: Rotate over the ground coffee to evenly distribute the grounds prior to tamping.
- Milk Jug: Use when steaming milk to create smooth microfoam for cappuccinos, lattes, and other milk-based drinks.
Proper technique helps ensure balanced extraction and improved flavour in every cup.
