Over the course of two years La Marzocco worked with thirty of the world’s finest coffee professionals to design an espresso machine. This group was known as the “Street Team”. The Strada, which means Street in Italian, was named in their honor. The second generation of the Strada improves upon the features and modernizes the aesthetics of the original. A lower profile invites customer engagement in a café setting, while also providing the barista an open, expansive work area.
- Low Profile Design: The Strada S is more than just a machine; it's a stage for your baristas to shine. With its low profile design, customers are drawn in, giving them a front-row seat to the mesmerizing dance of espresso making.
- Programmable Doses: Say goodbye to the complexities of manual dosing. With programmable doses, the Strada S streamlines your workflow, freeing you up to engage with customers. And, it ensures every drink is consistently perfect – shot after shot.
- Pro Touch Steam Wands: Pro Touch Steam Wands are more than just cool to the touch – they're your secret weapon for creamy microfoam and velvety steamed milk. Craft your latte art without the burn.
- Independent Boilers with PID Control: Take control of perfection. The Strada S features independent boilers with PID control. Program and maintain precise temperatures for each group, ensuring every beverage is brewed at its absolute best, every single time.
- Level-Style Steam Wand Activation: Achieve unparalleled precision with level-style activation. This proportional solenoid steam valve allows you to adjust the steam flow with unparalleled accuracy, empowering you to create the ideal texture for your espresso drinks.
- Hot Water Economizer: Tailor your water temperature to perfection. The hot water economizer enables you to fine-tune the tap water for rinsing, creating a world-class coffee experience down to the last drop.
- Adjustable Drip Tray: Barista workspace matters, and the expansive drip tray increases your space, allowing room for cup staging and cleaning. Plus, it's adjustable – so whether it's a small espresso cup or a tall to-go vessel, Strada S has you covered.
- Drive-Thru Ready: In the age of convenience, the Strada S adapts seamlessly. Perfect for drive-thrus, it accommodates tall to-go cups without missing a beat.
