Chocolate. Caramel. Red Fruit.

Sweet. Balanced. Chocolatey
Crafted for everyday excellence, the House Blend brings together two origins that define warmth and harmony. Half of the coffee comes from Sitio Boa Vista in Espírito Santo, Brazil, where Jacinto Hoffmann’s washed Catuai offers a clean, rounded body with notes of caramel and dark chocolate. The other half comes from Las Laderas in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, where Fernando Lima’s washed Bourbon contributes ripe fruit sweetness and a soft, balanced acidity.
Roasted in Manchester in small batches, this blend celebrates precision and consistency — a coffee that’s smooth, sweet, and satisfying in every form. Ideal for espresso and milk-based drinks, it’s approachable yet refined, delivering clarity and depth in perfect proportion.

Overview
Overview
Every bag begins with a story — of altitude, patience, and precision.
Our specialty coffee beans are freshly roasted in small batches to highlight the unique character of each origin.
After cupping and testing over 150 different beans and roast profiles, only the finest make it into our lineup.
Every bean is carefully selected for clarity, balance, and depth of flavor.
Crafted for those who value honesty in the cup, our coffees are never blended, only sourced from traceable farms and roasted to express their full potential, rich aroma, clean sweetness, and a finish that lingers with quiet complexity.
How to use
How to use
Grind just before brewing for the freshest flavor and fullest aroma.
• Use a 1:2 brew ratio — 18 g of coffee yielding approximately 36 g of espresso.
• Optimal extraction time: 25–30 seconds, depending on roast and grind size.
• Store beans in an airtight container away from light and heat for lasting freshness.
💡 Tip: Allow freshly roasted beans to rest for 7–10 days after roast date before brewing to achieve the most balanced flavor and crema.
Care & Storage
Care & Storage
• Keep beans sealed in their original bag or transfer to an Airscape® canister for optimal preservation.
• After filling, press down the Airscape® plunger lid to actively remove excess oxygen — locking in freshness and aroma.
• Store in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture.
• Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as temperature fluctuations can affect flavor integrity.
• Consume within 3–6 months of roast date for peak aroma and taste.
• Grind only what you need immediately before brewing to maintain natural oils and character.
💡 Tip: For long-term freshness, keep the canister no more than ¾ full and reseal immediately after each use — oxygen is the enemy of great coffee.
